January 3 Week Acro Yoga Fundamentals Series

Class Description

Join us for an exciting 3-week Acro Yoga series designed for beginners and those looking to refine their foundational skills! This immersive series focuses on the core fundamentals of Acro Yoga, offering a fun and supportive environment to explore dynamic partner poses and flow sequences.

Over the course of three 75-minute classes, you’ll learn:

  • Essential techniques for basing, flying, and spotting safely.

  • A variety of poses including Bird, Throne, Chair, Back-Fly, Side Star, Shoulder Stands, floating paschi and more.

  • How to connect these poses into a fluid acro yoga routine by the end of the 3 week series.

Each session will build progressively, introducing new poses and transitions while reinforcing the foundational elements learned in previous classes. 

**No partner required—come solo or with a friend!

Details:

  • Duration: 3 weeks

    • Saturday, January 11th, 18th, & 25th all at 12:30pm

    • Class Length: 75 minutes each

  • All levels welcome

What to Bring:

Wear comfortable clothing (leggings or shorts), water.

**This class does not require you to bring a partner but it is encouraged. 

Pre-requisites:

No experience required. 

Cost

This course is $75 per person and include all three consecutive classes.

Please note: there are no make up classes or partial refunds if you miss a class.

Registration

  • All participants must register in advance for studio workshops and classes.

  • Registration will close on January 11th, at 10:30am so be sure to signup early.

  • All participant must complete an ACTIVITY WAIVER prior to participating in any studio activity (See button below).

  • Refunds can ONLY be issued if you cancel 72 hours prior to the class. You must email the studio at vibeaerialarts@gmail.com to have the refund processed. Refunds can take 3-7 business days to complete.
