Class Description

Learn fun new drops and drop combos in this intermediate/advanced workshop. Students should be comfortable with single rotation drops and familiar with wraps/skills learned in intermediate fabric.

PREREQUISITES

This is an intermediate level workshop. Students should be comfortable with basic wraps, beginner drops, and multi pose sequences.

• Students should be comfortable holding their own body weight.

• Students should be able to comfortably completing inverts, pull overs, and hipkeys in the hammock.

• Students should be comfortable with basic drops such as angle drop, salto, and Peter pan/pigeon drop.

• Students should be comfortable with beginner and intermediate sequences.

WHAT TO BRING

• Please bring water and note taking supplies. Clothing that sufficiently covers your armpits and waist is encouraged.

COST

$35 for non-studio members and $30 for students with an active studio membership.

REGISTRATION

• All participants must register in advance for studio workshops and classes. Registration will be open until 2 hours before the workshop.

• All participant must complete an ACTIVITY WAIVER prior to participating in any studio activity (See button below).

• Refunds can ONLY be issued if you cancel 72 hours prior to the class. You must email the studio at vibeaerialarts@gmail.com to have the refund processed. Refunds can take 3-7 business days to complete.
